We source from established Morbi factories, run in-house QC at the kiln line, and consolidate container loads at Mundra Port. Typical transit to Port Botany (Sydney) is 22 to 26 days, to Melbourne is 24 to 28 days, to Fremantle (Perth) is 18 to 22 days (via Singapore transshipment). MOQ is one 40-foot HQ container (approx 1,440 sqm of 600x1200mm GVT, or approx 1,800 sqm of 600x600mm vitrified). 1 x 20ft GP container also available for first-trial orders.
Under the Australia-India Economic Cooperation and Trade Agreement (AI-ECTA), Indian-origin ceramic and porcelain tiles enter Australia at reduced or zero customs duty compared to MFN rates applied to imports from non-FTA partners. Imperial Decor issues Form AI / preferential Certificate of Origin per shipment, enabling Australian importers to claim preferential treatment at customs. This typically saves 5 to 12 percent on landed cost versus equivalent quality from non-FTA origins.
All shipments arrive with documentation aligned to AS/NZS 4459 (slip resistance for ceramic tiles), AS 3958 (installation), and Australian Building Codes Board requirements. P0 to P5 slip resistance ratings (BPN test) are issued per shipment - critical for wet-area and outdoor applications under Australian standards. Water-absorption certifications and frost-resistance reports issued per shipment.
FOB Mundra and CIF Sydney, CIF Melbourne, or CIF Fremantle all available. Full-set documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO Form AI for AI-ECTA preference, MTC, fumigation certificate, AS/NZS slip-resistance test report. We work LC-at-sight, TT (30 percent advance / 70 percent against BL), and DA terms with established buyers post-trial order.
A6-format colour samples ship free to Australian addresses (DHL, 5 to 8 working days). Larger 300x300mm cut samples for spec rooms are couriered against a refundable handling charge.
