We source from established Morbi factories, run in-house QC at the kiln line, and consolidate container loads at Mundra Port. Typical transit to Manila North/South Harbor is 18 to 22 working days, to Cebu International Port is 20 to 24 days (via Singapore transshipment). MOQ is one 40-foot HQ container (approx 1,440 sqm of 600x1200mm GVT, or approx 1,800 sqm of 600x600mm vitrified). 1 x 20ft GP container also available for first-trial orders. Mixed-SKU containers accepted from 3 SKUs upward.

BPS and PNS Compliance

All shipments to Philippines must clear Bureau of Product Standards (BPS) conformity and meet Philippine National Standards (PNS) for ceramic and porcelain tiles. Imperial Decor coordinates with TUV, SGS, or Intertek at origin for PS License or ICC mark certification per shipment, ensuring smooth Bureau of Customs clearance. Slip-resistance ratings (R9, R10, R11) and water-absorption certifications are issued per shipment.

Trade Terms

We work LC-at-sight, TT (30 percent advance / 70 percent against BL), and DA terms with established buyers post-trial order.

Sample Policy

A6-format colour samples ship free to Philippine addresses (DHL, 5 to 8 working days). Larger 300x300mm cut samples for spec rooms are couriered against a refundable handling charge.
