We source from BS EN 14411 compliant Morbi factories, run in-house QC at the kiln line, and consolidate container loads at Mundra Port. Typical transit to Felixstowe or London Gateway is 22 to 26 days door-to-port via Suez. MOQ is one 40-foot HQ container (approx 1,440 sqm of 600x1200mm GVT, or approx 1,800 sqm of 600x600mm vitrified). Mixed-SKU containers accepted from 3 SKUs upward.
The UK-India FTA is in advanced negotiation. UK importers buying ceramic and porcelain tiles from India already benefit from competitive landed cost relative to EU and Chinese alternatives - and post-FTA, that advantage is expected to widen. Imperial Decor monitors duty schedules at HMRC for accurate landed-cost quotes per shipment.
All shipments arrive with UKCA marking, BS EN 14411 declaration, and full UK customs paperwork. Slip-resistance ratings (PTV / R9 - R11), water-absorption certifications, and chain-of-custody documentation are issued per shipment. We coordinate with UK-licensed customs brokers at Felixstowe and London Gateway for clearance.
FOB Mundra and CIF Felixstowe or CIF London Gateway both available. Full-set documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, BL, COO, MTC, UKCA DoC. We work LC-at-sight, TT (30 percent advance / 70 percent against BL), and DA terms with established buyers post-trial order.
A6-format colour samples ship free to UK addresses (DHL, 4 to 6 working days). Larger 300x300mm cut samples for spec rooms are couriered against a refundable handling charge.
